Do you still have the crank holding tool similar to Koch KT20217 (http://www.kochtools.com/index.php?p=product&id=16). I know you mentioned that it was cumbersome ship. If you do, what is the rental cost? Any idea what the shipping costs might be to 07751? To be honest I'm half tempted to purchase one outright if I could find a a deal.
