Spotted: "TIAG ZHP" near Ashburn VA

I couldn't find a "spotted" thread, so posting here.
Saw Virginia plate "TIAG ZHP" on Rt. 7 heading east near LoCo Parkway ~3:30 today. We were in the F30 so you wouldn't have noticed us! I live in Leesburg & have an '06 silver gray ZHP coupe.
