Hella/Pagid Calipers?
Welp, the PO broke off one of the front caliper bleeders nearly clean with the casting and THEN, managed to break the tip of an EZ-out inside. Undrillable. Is that a word? Soaking in PBB now. Will degrease and attempt to TiG a nut to what's left of the bleeder and break it loose Anyway, in my search for the worst case scenario, a new caliper, found that the OEM manufacturer was Hella-Pagid? And then found this
Pagid 355792491 Caliper
ECS also lists it but they have no info on it whatsoever. Anyone have any experience with this caliper? Is it a bare casting? Does it come ready with seals/piston? Is it stamped BMW? Is it identical/different than OEM BMW? I can't seem to find ANY pics of it anywhere online nor does Hella/Pagid show any pics in their catalog. Rockauto does say that it fits all 330's as well as X3 and Z4. Tempted to order one just to find out.

Looks like I've found the answers to all my questions.

Complete caliper, new casting, no bracket, no core. Includes piston, seals, pins, bushings and bleeder. For under $100 certainly an inexpensive alternative to OEM BMW and not much more than a reman unit which may or not have bore size issues.

Ordered it from Rockauto, $105 with tax and shipping. Shipped Thurs, arrived today.
Sure as sh*t it's a brand new casting, same as OEM 34116765881 without BMW stamp on it.

Yes, it does. China. No big surprise but I have confidence that Hella oversees the quality aspect of their products manufactured by their partners
