Couple Misc. items from the work past week. A recommendation I would make for those going to replace there DISA. Order a few of the M6 * 18 bolts with the T-40 Torx washer head before you start the project. Two of mine basically stripped out. Ended up having to use a T-45 bit hammered into the bolt in order to pull it.
Also, if you are going this work and have OE vac lines, lower intake boot, and the F connect. Might as well order them and replace them while you are at it. I replaced my lower intake boot, but should have done the Vac lines below as well. Very worn and pitted.
Another picture of the T-40 Torx bolts. These two are for the ICV, so is that nut. There are two more torx bolts for the DISA.
I ended up reusing the hose clamps. As long as they are damaged fell free to reuse them. Make sure to keep the tightening mechanism aimed the right way while reinstalling so you can tighten them down.
