Every M3 depreciates, Charlie... even the pristine ones. Maybe not at the same rate, but they do.

Don't worry, M3's do nothing but depreciate 'till they're about 20 years old.
E36 M3's just started appreciating and they're 20 years at their youngest at this point. Even E30 M3's were dirt cheap...

Always document when you are leaving with your car with someone! I've found a couple of fun artifacts in the past as well from dealers.

The big downside for me was the need to replace them every so often. They're too expensive for that kind of upkeep IMO.
Also, mine rusted like crap and were really hard to remove after just a year....

But with just two of these alignment studs, you don't even have to deal with the downsides of running studs permanently. Perhaps there was some double meaning there. [emoji41]

Way easier. A single one still has you trying to "find" the second hole to align to. With two, everything is lined up.

I hope the dealer's idea of a car wash isn't running it through an automated one. I'd be shocked if Porsche did that too!

There are a few options. They have a CD slot mount, a vent clip, and an adhesive backed one. I used the adhesive backed one in conjunction with my Bimmian metal mount and it works perfectly. :)
