Autocrossed for the first time last weekend. I had less understeer than expected and fuel starved the car a few times since I only had 3/8 of a tank.

I've heard so many great things about the tse3 but I'd really have to hear it in person before spending that much money. Zhp exhaust just isn't loud enough for me sometimes.

Okay cool I guess I have just about 1cm of space left before I can't start the car

Just installed the homemade clutch stop from lowes. I hope I don't wear down the clutch faster or something with all that dead space removed now.

Hosed down the MAF with some MAF spray.

Fixed the rear deck rattle with some foam cones thanks to you guys. I also installed the bmw oil pouch a few days ago because it was $5 and I thought it was cool....

I find the speakers pretty good factory compared to what I'm used to. The rear deck rattle is driving me crazy though

Finished up the vanos rebuild tonight, I started it up out of excitement to see if it would blow up and so far so good. Waiting overnight to drive it incase the rtv on the vcg needs to dry more. Here...

So why is that better? Lasts longer?

Yep, they put out as much light if not more than the 500w halogen lights that are down there too and they only use 40 watts.

Is that why the upper seal is so damn expensive?

How do you plan to fix the upper seal? Mine is cracked and if I recall a new one is $200+ for each side.

Yeah it was close, if I had a shorter 14mm I could get it, the fluid that came out of it looked almost like the new stuff I put in there so maybe it was previously changed.
