I saw a black sedan yesterday around noon in North Raleigh. It was turning onto Falls of Neuse rd from 540. From where I could see it looked all stock except the taillights looked blacked out....

You must live pretty close to me. I live off Falls of Neuse Road and used to live off Creedmoor Road
