I liked the improvement it made but since it's poly it does require maintenance with grease. But it's not an easy part to get to.

I removed it and rebuilt the shifter with all brand new parts and...

I had the Turner Motorsports shifter carrier bushing and ended up removing it. It made noise and was annoying. Went back to the rubber oe bushing.
