Wow, the rears look perfectly flush.
With the M3 front bits, your offset is more aggressive. Personally I wouldn't go more than 5, just to be on the safe side.

There is no PDC button for the E46. PDC equipped cars have it on permanently with no option to silence it.

Your new M stance really limited your selection of wheels. Short of getting wider fenders (or reverting to your prior setup), unfortunately it isn't going to happen.
Considering you now have an M3 front setup, you are a lot more limited in your wheel choices because of the offsets...

Yeah, I love THAT noise as well. But, that particular whine isn't prevalent and only happens occasionally. The gear lash type noise is constant. :(
