Ideally they would be the same all around, but option 1 seems alright.
I had Vredestein Quatrac all-weather tires years ago. They worked well and were good in the snow.
This is probably about how the gift went over

I quickly changed the carpet mats for rubber mats when I got the car.
Thanks for the rapid response
Merry Christmas and happy holidays to all!
Yeah, I think part of it is just the used car market...well and new car market in general. If I search for used BMWs on craigslist, it's pretty barebones.
Yeah, most of my time will be spent in traffic, and no track days so I'm good with these. :D
When I was looking around for tires I took a look through the tirerack tests, and the Firehawks were doing just okay in the wet.
Here's one:...
I'm also willing to donate. The ads are a bit over the top huge and there are pop-ups. I'm guessing most built-in browser ad blockers are able to block them reducing their usage. Would it be possible...
Yeah that's what I was thinking

Nice work. Is that dry rot on the corner of that tire or is that just regular wear?
Back in spring, when I was looking for new General tires I ended up cancelling the order because the rears...
If you're using Firefox and you have enhanced tracking protection on, it won't show unless you turn it off on the site. It's the shield to the left of the url bar.
I know. I know. Imagine my surprise when I saw this specimen parked next to my car.
Not a ZHP sighting, but something better. I had another silver E46 park next to me. It had an M328i emblem on the back and M vents on the side. It was rad.
The ones with a manual transmission did.

It's outside of the maximum tire width on the chart floating on the internet.

Bumper has definitely seen some action. Passenger side seems to have more of a gap than the driver side. Front emblem and shift knob are also pretty worn. Was somebody shifting with sandpaper?

Time to get it done. First snow flakes are expected today and then a bit more on Sunday. I don't need to drive as much, so I stretched it out, but it looks like we'll be hitting low 30s at night...
Welcome to the site
The truck driver certainly gave it a whirl. :eeps
Generally November to April. I check the temperatures and once it starts hitting the low 30s, it's time. Though it's not ideal as sometimes there are very few snow days during the winter season, and...
Thanks for following up on your issues. :thumbup
My brother had a NA Miata and a Protege. Both were sold.
Now he has a turbocharged NC Miata used as a track car, though it's not as much in use these days. And he has a RX-8 with a Chevy 3.6 V6...
Welcome back. I will definitely follow any updates.
I'll just drop this here:
