Maybe you have a bad ambient temp sensor? It's mounted under the car, near the front bumper..maybe on driver's side?

I would get your laptop with software working. I am not the procedures you linked will actually reset your throttle adaptations. I know you can do it for sure in INPA...

I looked at your previous posts here and don't see a reference to your current problem with throttle bucking...Can you elaborate on the problem and what you have done?

Hard to say for sure...The E46 tops are really pretty damn durable. Interesting that the marks are more on driver's side than passenger side. I wonder if something leaked into while it was folded??...

This is pretty unusual....In front of front wheel? - you mean between wheel and radiator? There isn't al lot of fuel in that area except fuel rail, and injectors for cyl's 1 -3.
