CXP is good! I believe CIR is the equivalent of 3M Crystalline. It is mad expensive though. I think 40% all around would look great and won't attract the cops. Here in California, front 70% is legal...
If you get light enough, it will be fine. IMO, high heat rejection films are the way to go. It dramatically reduces the heat inside while you are in it. I loved my 40% 3M crystalline tint in my TDI.

the slits are there because the RTAB is larger than the hole it is suppose to go in. It sucks getting it in.
Apex arc8 is common because it's a great rim at a great price. I wanted to be unique too but my car looks like a typical BMW now. Haha. (Y mesh rims, euro tails). It's okay. There could be worse...

I would put a 5-10mm spacer to push the rim out more so it doesn't hit those weights. That's my suggestion.
