Take the cupholder, cut off the back one so it's just 1 cupholder.

There is a long euro tray that takes the whole center and a short one that just replaces the cupholder with room for the coin...

Not that I know. I've heard of people getting the short euro tray, cut the back cupholder off and put the tray in the back but that is a lot of work
