All comes down to cost versus price of multiple rebuilds. Porsche brakes are amazing. Moreso than the ZHP brakes. However I though there was an upgrade for the Performance Calipers. Does that make...
So what is the cost of the rebuilding the performance calipers with the upgraded parts?
Is there a Porsche brake option for the 330?
The LS compounds didnt come upnin my tire sizes :-( They are probably what I was after. But it has been good so far. Can't wait for extreme weather.

I have Blizzak WS80s on my car. Traction is superb in these super low temperatures. I know nothing about the Blizzak LM series, but the WS have a really high rating.
I'm about to buy an appliance...for the winter thinking a quattro...
;)
No no no...just give it to the mahine shop as a "mechanic special." Small cash amount for the drive shaft. They profit on the final sales to some one else. You don't see it again.
Just a thought...
Gotcha. Maybe you can sell it to a machine shop to rehab and resell.
Did a balance weight fall off? Or was the joint failing?
Way cool. Didn't know all this work was being done. Guess she's ready to do another 200k miles.
Did you try turning it off and back on again?
Sent from my GS3.

Get your deposit back and use to fix the wheels?
Whats the word on fixability?

Ugh. That's the worst. Hope you can get it dealt with and the seller is honest enough to refund you some of the money or buy them back at his expense.
You don't need a jack to ROLL the wheel on sealed concrete. A change in path would show any bends in the wheel. Two of the wheels had no tires correct?
Sorry to hear that...but you didn't roll them when you bought them to check for bends??
No wonder they were $600...
With a roll you are in the clear. 245s will be so flush!
225 on an 8.5 is stretched. Im running 235 square on 8.5s at all corners.
Specifically interested in the offsets.

That's some serious Stretch on those tires. What's the offset on them?
What is a VW doing with our bolt pattern and offsets??

Most excellent bargain hunting, BP!! Can't wait to see this next Weekend!
Relax.
Glad it's working for you.
