Make sure the shop replaces those hard coolant lines under the manifold since that's really the best/only time to access them!

A lot more involved. Things that I can remember:
Disa
Intake boots and throttle body
CCV
Injector harness
You might be able to get away with just moving the intake to the side since the knock...
Really? I've been using my HF for almost 7 years and it hasn't broken...
