BP, you forgot to mention all us sketchy Canadians :ninja
I believe my car (now owned by @tsoukan) was the same package - I think the only differences between that and the ZHP were the cams, the ecu programming, and a different sport muffler - I don't...
I fully agree, I don't like driving other people's cars. I was just trying to poke Charlie! :biggrin:biggrin:biggrin:biggrin:biggrin:biggrin:biggrin
Hey, maybe post-COVID Charlie will let you run his Porsche at the next Calabogie event.:santa3
Just realized I never followed up on this thread here. Finally, after a number of false starts (ie the seller sending a tracking number and saying it's shipped when it was never picked up or dropped...
That is a nice match, I think it's a "buy me!" sign!!!!! If the car has the beige dash top be aware that the reflection can be pretty bad, US beige Porsche owners got free polarized sunglasses after...
Hey Shawn, long time since I've posted something here but...
Caymans (?Caymen?) and Boxsters are surprisingly practical if you don't NEED the back seat and doors - they actually hold quite a bit...
Beautiful!!!!! :jealous
PSA - WARNING - LSEAT.COM
Hey guys, I noticed that these guys are a popular source for replacement seat skins for e46s, so I thought I'd share my recent experience.
After corresponding with...
(1) the cold is not good for summer tires, they can cause them to both crack and harden prematurely. I remove my good summers and store them in the basement (not near the furnace, the ozone from the...
Hey Charlie, sucks that you had to go through all this time, aggravations, and frustration to get this resolved. I hope the second windshield reinstall goes better...
Sent from my iPhone using...
Good to see you back on the track, buddy. Too bad we couldn't stick around to see you head out after the repair... hopefully next year!
Congrats Kristen! (and you too, Rob). Beautiful car!!
I have a (couple of) foam cannon, and a foam gun. "Cannon" generally refers to one you attach to a PW, "Gun" is one that you attach to a hose. I find they both have their pluses and minuses.
The...
Wow, that didn't last long.
Hey Daniel, was great to meet you a couple of years ago at the NJ meet. As you can see, sometimes you can sell the car but stick around for the friends... hope our paths cross again!
These days 9 & 3, but used to be more of a 10 & 2 guy. When I first took high-performance driving courses in the 1990s, we were told that either was perfectly acceptable and it was a matter of...
Hey Keith, congrats! They are a sweet looking car in the pics, have yet to see one in person around here. How's the assembly quality and interior materials?
Probably M boxer shorts and an M tattoo...
ooooh, and another idea for you... maybe get three of your front teeth painted in M colours! Then again, the OCD side of me would go nuts because of...
:chuck
Didn't you come up in May last year? Anyway, see you in July!!
My plates are 20+ years old, covered from day one and I haven't had any issues. I remove the cover and clean every couple of years. Your last plate was just a defective batch.
Yeah, too bad you couldn't make it up with BP last year. Speaking of which, I haven't heard from BP... are you guys thinking about the same weekend at Calabogie this year? That's in two weeks!
Congrats on the new car - I'm sure you'll love it!
Did you permanently remove the clear license plate cover? I always keep them on my cars, I buy the flat "premium" ones. I never want to replace my "classic" mid-1990s six-digit license plates!!
