I think mine made it 8 months but basically disintegrated and collapsed. I remember getting on FCP Euro and seeing similar feedback in the reviews. This was a few years ago though they may have fixed...
I think I have one in my stash that I bought for when I was going to wire up the heated seats in the wife's touring. Never got around to that project so it's going back on eBay unless you want it!
When I was deep in the bowels of the internet looking at Eldor reviews I found someone saying that BMW was making the switch to them for every model, but slowly rolling it out to earlier models as...
Bro cancel that order Bosch is hot garbage
You can test yourself by moving the coil to a different cylinder and seeing if the misfire follows it
Fwiw I dug deep into coil options a bit ago and...
Is that the battery tray? There's a big thread on nam3f on that if so
I think we all have that damn thing in our garages because we're just spaced out enough to not be able to share them lol
My wagon (auto) has been doing this for years. Nothing's broken yet [emoji1696]
Ah that's it! Probably would have figured it out on my own if I had found the bag of 6 splash shield screws at the same time lol
Thanks guys!
Anyone know what these plastic washers may be? The number on the bag isn't returning anything, but it looks like I bought 6 of them for something. Thumb for scale....
Don't think it's necessary at all. The only other line I would change with it is the vacuum line that goes to the F connector, and that's only if it falls apart when you disconnect it.
Mine came with chrome slats too

Nope no resistors in the box. Coupe and vert have the same lights so you should be fine. I think I have another pair of the Japanese ones I can send you if they do throw an error.
Yes, the Japanese ones were plug and play with no errors or hyperflash. We only disabled the hot/cold checks because it makes them flicker like a damn strobe at startup (cold check) and randomly (hot...
Info here let's see if this works

Holy shit. Looks like you melted the pads to the rotors lol. I'd definitely ask the track group on nam3f
It's just glued in there. It'll pop right out if you pry on it.
Only pic I have of it removed is after I wrapped the lower trim in vinyl but you get the...
Hmm have you tried pushing the pin through the end of the shaft on the transmission? May have a burr or something holding it up
I mean it takes some force to compress the foam but it's nothing ridiculous. Try compressing it off the car and see how it feels. I was able to get it by pressing the joint with one hand and pushing...
Nice find. Sounds like these cheapies on Amazon work with the e46 as well

I couldn't even get one of mine off with a puller. Had to borrow the special BMW tool from a dude. Shit was awful.
Thanks, boys. The fitment is tight so I'm not worried about it, just wanted to see if anyone else had a similar experience.
Ah ok that pretty much confirms it then. Sucks that UUC had to go...
Anyone else that's installed the BMWP shift lever, or done any recent shifter rebuild really, not been able to use ANY of the little yellow washers?
RealOEM diagram shows a total of 4, my car had...
Check the TIS for the alignment specs and you can measure how far out you are. Hopefully only need to adjust one of them and it's the one that comes off easy.
Fyi the FSD kit came with bump stops and bellows for the rear:
