FWIW my experience with the E46 (sedan) transporting my now 8-year old has been no problem. If my wife is in the front pax. seat she can pull the seat far enough forward to give him plenty of room...

Purely hypothetical. The frequent oil change oddity was addressed in the comments on BAT but not answered. Probably no way to find out why something was done 2 owners ago. Does make you wonder.

Previous, new at the time, owner was unschooled in E46's. Lot's of short trips in winter, mayo on the oil cap & freaked out and changed the oil once a month? That would be the glass-is-half-full...

Something really fishy going on with this car probably accounts for current low bid price.

This car has been on Seattle CL for a while, I think it's been relisted twice at progressively lower prices. Due to the Alcantara interior I never investigated it. Probably something sketchy going...

Congrats on a great deal! Many non-ZHP 330's are out there listed for more $ with more miles that don't look nearly as nice as this one.
