This to all of this. If it breaks, it breaks. I like to drive the car.

(Though, I do give the car an extra 1/2 a second out of habit from my old E36).

My FIL does the same starting procedure....

Mine did this. Actually were super easy to install the second time after about 5k miles.

There are no odd bends in mine at all now. No color fade either!

Over the course of a year the locks were not unlocking. Most notable times is when the temp would change. For example: 60 in the AM and 80 around 2PM. I can lock the car, but often would be unable to...

That's odd. Why would the wheel be lighter?
Perhaps all the hand oils and other junk weigh that much?

35% all around except the rear quarter windows. That's 20%.
The shop used llumar film. Comes with a lifetime warranty. Paid $225 for install.

I think it looks fantastic. I wish I had done it...

Got it tinted today. More/better pictures tomorrow.

Charlie and BP turned me on to the BMW wheel cleaner. Works pretty good. The spray bottle sucks though.
Otherwise, I use sonax wheel cleaner. Pricey, but works well.
