Man... Isn't having the Westfalia hitch great? Pretty appreciative of the pics you posted which I referenced when I installed mine.
And FWIW my coupe lenses are basically mint, so still not sure...

Don't think it's your eyes, compared to Tony's pictures my coupe also seems less defined

Wow! What a story - great read!
Same here. I've allowed insecure settings but really the forum should be fixed so anyone can just access it properly
E46: a hair under 369,000 km. I've already parked it for the year since I'm leaving California until after the new year
SV650: made it to 32k miles in April before selling it.
VFR800: bought...
Nice! I got the same trailer just today to pick up a new project bike. Judging by how quickly I can still accelerate, this is a lot less weight than I had when I was doing my cross-country trip....
If it's anything like my coupe don't forget new screw inserts (they're plastic and snap into the trunk itself) and a new gasket
Couldn't warranty the old one?
Are you also sure you don't have a drain somewhere? I just replaced mine a couple weeks back with the regular lead acid also from Costco, but my old OEM battery...
Would've been pretty crappy if it happened on my cross-country road trip!
My battery is just shy of 10 years - was hoping to get it past that mark but alas it kicked the can. It was fine, right up until... it wasn't. Noticed the starter wasn't as powerful and the battery...
Clean but geez that things hideous. I guess that was the trend back then
I feel it is, with some disclaimers - I don't have first-hand experience with any other fabric dye, so hard to say how this feels relative to other products.
That said after a thorough brushing...
I'm imagining you had to tear apart a bunch of your interior to route wiring and sort through a myriad of wiring diagrams? How's it like back home (on the US plates) and when do you have to actually...
It's raining with nothing to do, so I pulled the parcel shelf. Going to give it along with the A and C-pillars some life with black fabric spray dye (another weekend); I re-wrapped the pillars with...
Yeah do tell! I wonder if this was the retrofit kit from the UK. I recall seeing something on M3 forum about that
You sure you don't have a small drain somewhere?
My OEM battery is from 2014 and is still strong. I am not going to pre-emptively replace it, I have AAA if things go wrong :rofl
Welcome and congrats! It is definitely a great colour.
Corner balancing setup sold, toe jigs available - includes string reels, steering rack centering spacer (copy of TMS tool) + bungee cord to tension, and I'll throw in (buy) another ruler with 0.5 mm...
I replaced mine late last year, used the Fram CA7598 and it fit perfectly
Maybe I should stop lugging around the dead weight as well. On my motorcycle I have a tiny bicycle pump and plug kit - should just do the same here
Whew, it's been a while since I've worked on my car - I think it must've been December last year when I put a larger front stabar in?
I've been putting this off for too long; I've had this really...
Shameless plug, I'm still selling my corner balancing/alignment setup for anyone in the SF Bay.

They probably chucked the paper in the garbage, most people won't care about it. Looks like you had quite a bit of front toe before and they adjusted that out.
It is possible I guess to falsify...
Should've written down in this previous post what my mileage was. Currently about to hit 368k km (it's something like within 50 km of it)
I have a 30/31 mm? Hotchkis M3 front stabar on stock Lemforder endlinks, no issue. Honestly I haven't kept up to date whether the BJ maxes out on articulation or not under any use, but if that...
