Got it thanks!
Still looking for a windows 10 driver that works...
What windows 10 driver are you using?
yea... lol I'm always looking for those nerdy computer shops for old hardware... even gotten parts from Europe
I work in the medical field, specifically ultrasound. 90% of the systems I work on are still running XP in the back end and the other 10% are running windows 7. Nobody wants Windows 8 and above
One of those windows 10 updates, updates/replaces all the USB drivers so yea, you may need to reinstall
I'm right there with ya buddy, 25 years in IT, switched careers 2 yrs ago. but all the ultrasound machines I work on are all windows based and they all connect to a network.... so much for getting...
The print screen copies the screen to windows clipboard. Then open up Windows paint and choose paste on the command bar...
Cool! I'm glad you got it working!:)
What OS is this?
You see, that's always been the problem with windows update. The updates end up breaking something else. Shawn, right click on those and see if you can rollback the driver to the previous version...
Window closes or the whole laptop shuts down?
what happens when you try to extract/install the drivers?
I had a similar issue trying to get the head to communicate. I fixed by doing a wipe and reload on the laptop. I'm sure that's something you don't want to hear... In my case there was something left...
Cool, glad you got it going. Windows can be an exercise in frustration... even when you know what your doing :)
When you go into windows device manager, are there any exclamation points on any devices?
Key on in second position?
That's what I'm doing Charlie [emoji106]
