Actually shipping weight is 55 lbs, and it's coming from PA - so that's gotta be expensive to ship.

Ordered a new ACDelco AGM battery from Amazon of all places. H7 size. I replaced my battery shortly after buying the car but that was 4-1/2 years ago now and it's starting to crank over slowly....
I too went OEM for the composite impeller and reasonable cost. I'll just replace it again at another 80k interval if I have the car that long. And I will, unless I replace it with a lower-mileage one...
I owned a second house for a while that had an insulated garage door, and a small wall-mount AC unit built-in. No such luxury at my present house. By the end of the month (or maybe by this weekend),...
Had to share my own local forecast... that looks like a cold spell up above! Check out this weekend in Phoenix.. F ME!!!

Came home yesterday from a short business trip to find the battery in my M5 had gone tits-up. Did a history check and found it was last replaced in 2011, so after some quick research, was off to...
Installed an Intravee II into the M5. SO happy with it so far! I posted impressions in a 2012 thread I revived last night.
New Hella euro headlights for the M5. The adjusters are broken in the originals (a VERY common problem) and it's hell to disassemble them and fix them. As a result, the driver's side light points...
Upgraded the useless Mk3 nav computer in my M5 to the semi-useful Mk4 unit. Takes about 30 seconds. The Mk3 system is CD based and needs about a thousand discs to cover the country. Mk4 is what's in...
Dropped her off at my indy for some significant maintenance.. Inspection II, including all fluids (except oil, done just last week), plugs, all filters including fuel filter, new water pump,...
Wait for the 340i/440i for '16, will be out soon now. New motor, new tricks.
60 large for a 428i with a 4-banger? That boggles the mind. It's a decent motor by all accounts, but dropping that kind...
Oil change for the Z4MC.. switched to LiquiMoly 10W-60 from Castrol TWS. Saved a ton of cash, and it's probably at least as good if not better than the overpriced Castrol stuff.
I gotta order me a set of the Z4M bushings. If they can make the steering in my ZHP feel anything remotely like my Z4M's steering, they will be WELL worth it!
In the shop for some sort of leak (PS hoses?), also spoke to my indy about the 4k stumble, he has the current firmware and is going to flash it for me, which SHOULD fix the stumble once and for all.....
But of course.. that's the only way they are served. :)
Full pro detail on the Z4MC. It had been over 2.5 years. Looks incredible now...

Better him than me. Well worth the double-sawbuck I throw him to change the oil in my cars & the wife's.
Check out how clean my wheels are. Car hasn't been washed in weeks. I LOVE Akebono ceramic...
I put stock-equivalent Boges on my car last year when I bought it, kinda wishing I'd done Bilstein HDs. Curious to see your car when it's done, hopefully it doesn't sit up higher after the change. ...
Akebono pads & new rotors up front. Same was done in the rear (pardon the expression) about 8k miles ago. My rear wheels have been squeaky-clean ever since, with the fronts getting filthy quickly...
Bought a set of Michelin PSS's for the Z4MC. Replacing older PS2's. Already have PSS's on my ZHP, they're FANTASTIC. Can't wait to experience the Z4MC on a set. Install tomorrow morning.
