Quite the journey. Bring loose cool clothes!
Only slightly related--it's nice to know there's another member in DFW that's active here. Cheers!
Nope. Honestly just another thing to break down in this climate.
Re: Options -- seems my ZHP has fewer than most here.

Guess I angled that shot perfectly! The shift knob hides the HiFi and DSC buttons lol
Installed more Titan II trim yesterday to go with the shifter I did last...
Got my car back from the dealership yesterday. The techs did a wonderful job not damaging my lower trim. And of course the new bag looks so much better.

Went in for my airbag recall. Decided to have the tail light recall done as well instead of doing it myself. Got an F30 328i for a loaner.

This is what it's all about. Those seats look stunning. :)
Weisslicht bulbs are wonderful; I have three sets. $100 per pair is definitely intense.
Oh wow. I'd definitely be interested in that if you do. :)

Switching from Silver Cube. It's in very rough condition. :(
Have slowly begun my conversion to Titan II interior trim. I love it for the contrast with my black interior and clean appearance.

Discovered the sorry state of my front driver door vapor barrier. Someone's been in here before and also did a terrible job with the butyl sealant. The large "dimple" at the bottom is where the...
Replaced my passenger side window switch module since one of the levers broke off of it. Also found out that my silver cube shifter trim was wrapped in some really janky black "weave" (not even CF)...
Replaced my main belt tensioner pulley over the weekend. Disappointed at myself for giving my indy the tensioner assembly but no new pulley when I did my maintenance last year, so the bearing finally...
Visited my Indy over the weekend for a noise under the hood. Power steering pump is on the way out (not bad for 175k miles) but they also let me know my differential has started leaking. :( It's...
Oil change. 172,686 miles.
Hoping the Blackstone report will be better this time around.
I imagine the new rubber gasket may form a better seal than the old one on the OE cap. But I changed mine for purely aesthetic reasons.
Also: installed new BMW Performance gloss black grilles. :)...
Switched to the M3 oil filler cap. Looks much nicer than the stock square Castrol cap!
Rotated the tires. Planned on changing the oil this weekend as well, but the kit from Tischer won't be here until Wednesday. Guess it'll be an 8k interval instead of 7500. Not worried however since...
I bought these for my ZHP sedan:

+1 for Akebono pads. Great performance; probably 95% less dust than OEM. Literal night and day difference between the two. :)

Figured out why my driver side high beam shutter wasn't working. A connector was unplugged. Plugged it into the headlamp and the high beam worked great! Success!
During testing, however, my...
