How do you guys clean those nasty triangular cutouts on the headlight access panels?

I was recently towed by AAA and the driver would only attach to points he was permitted to by management. They're really clamping down on process, at least in my experience.

FCAB’s, right rear upper ball joint. I wanted to use Z4 bushings up front, but I’m on my winter wheels/tires and would if I had to align twice for my summer wheels. So OEM it is.

I used PASoft for everything I did at this end.
