The bleeder screw on the clutch is a smaller size than the brake bleeders if you weren't aware. Can't recall for certain but it might be a 6 mm for the clutch and 8 mm for the brakes.

When I flushed my system I did RR, LR, clutch, RF, LF. If you're flushing your system why not flush it all?
I had the same symptoms and a set of Z4M fcabs cured the wheel shimmy for me.
Kind of unusual to see an 06 with an Alcantara wheel.
I would be interested in a set Derek. It makes me nervous running an HID light in my fogs without using a relay. I've heard it's not good for the LCM.
Turns out the cap is plastic so that was just crud I was seeing....

Slater....yes that would definitely have to be an oilpan heater. I realize they will start up just fine but it's just the thought of that cold engine and oil at startup that would make me cringe...

$580 new at Huskerparts! Ouch.....looks like used would have to be the way to go. That's crazy for a...
Nice work on a diy fix. I have to wonder, with the temps you mentioned, if you have some type of block heater setup? My car sits most of the winter, unless there is a 20f or so cloudy day so the...
Just a quick search found a set of these new for $7400! Wish I was in the market. Still tempting! I would think these won't last long.
It sure sounds like you need your DME/ECU updated. It cured my stutter at 2800 RPM when trying to accelerate in the higher gears. Just tell whoever is doing it that you want it updated to the latest...
Tell me about it! My car is from Vegas and it had plenty on it when I bought it at 70,000 miles.
Believe me, it's not just BMW wiring. Our mechanics at work run into that a lot on every brand.

From what I've read, and I think it was terraphantm that mentioned it before, the newest update came out in 2008 so I would think that your indy would surely have an update that has been out for 7...
That's what I did too. Just Google Dorman seat belt stop.

I am going to have a 400 mile drive to Minneapolis when I get mine done. I haven't even contacted the dealer yet because I want to wait till the weather is better with no chance of snow. I suppose I...
I've been using a Ctek 3300 for about 5 years now. Works great.
I hardwired the pigtail to my battery and ran the end up into the trunk for easy access.
Nice car! Too bad the pics still are upside down on my Ipad. Guess I'll have to fire up the pc.

LOL.....Well now we know. Thanks for the heads up. You would at least think if you tell them you want a red door they would be able to sell you a red door. :facepalm
Yes, but it came out of an IR sedan. They are a BMW salvage/used parts seller so you'd have to assume that the rest of the car is also for sale.
Couldn't hurt to ask. :-)

There might be a good IR door on this one.....
