I didn't get it either but never felt the need to color change them. It was a 35is distinguishing...
Recently sold this darling to a gentleman in NC. I loved her but she didn't have the soul of an E46.

I do like CSL and CH style wheels but I think LMs are the best. An older style of wheel with a lip, but they look phenomenal.
