I turned it so that it was pushing the white block at the top up. I turned the screw counterclockwise looking at the screwhead. It doesn’t move that much.

I loosened the side screws and pushed it so it pointed down. As you unwind the screw the spring doesn’t have enough push to move the assembly. I would say mine are 15 inches off the ground at 10 feet...
I had to adjust mine down pretty much as far as I could also. They can’t be adjusted in place so they have to be removed adjusted and reinstalled. My experience on the road is the light is great....
I believe I got in on the group buy too. I have an E39 M5 so I bought two sets. Thanks for putting this together!

Installed Koni sport shocks and struts today. I can't wait to see how they feel on the road to work tomorrow.
Here is the follow up to my post yesterday. After driving for a while I had the SES light come on so I knew I had an actual problem. I came home and checked the codes, they were P0171 and P0174. I am...
Thanks again Bruce. Right now it seems to be getting better each time I drive. I was chasing a lean condition for a while, so all the intake boots, F connector and CCV were replaced and the condition...
Thanks maybe I'm being a little too impatient. I did check for vacuum and intake leaks. I didn't see any thing.
I got tired of smelling oil while driving my car so I changed the Oil Filter Housing gasket this morning. That was definitely a source of leakage. Now with everything buttoned back up my car has a...
That is exactly what I would choose! Excellent :thumbup
Maybe we'll try again for next year but start asking sooner.
Actually the idea was to see who might be there and meet some folks. I am going anyway and will look around and watch the autocross and drag races for a while. It's only an hours ride for me, much...
My son and I have decided that we are going on Saturday. That pretty much guarantees Sunday will be the better day!
Is anyone going to Bimmerfest in Englishtown NJ? It is a two day event this weekend but right now neither day looks good.
My car had the pump run for a bit when I put the system back together. I don't notice it on a normal day. Once the pump builds up pressure the noise stops and in my case that does not take long....
Right now I don't have a gas cap light. If it shows up again I will definitely use your suggestion.
My thought was that the gasket was not seated too. I drove it to work today and the light went out on the way. When I came home the light was on again but went out during the trip. After I got home I...
My day started this morning with the car not starting and having to push it out to the street so I could take my wife's car to work. When I got home I found the fuel pump was bad as I expected. The...
They are all good! You should be fine.

So did you get your first choice?
Let us know what you finally decide. You have a lot of great ideas there!
ZHP is nice and simple. People may think it is your initials. Here in NJ the normal plate designations are one letter followed by two numbers, then a space followed by three letters. If I get...
I purchased a Bentley manual used off of EBAY. I saves money for sure and I don't care if it looks a little used. I prefer a book to online. As is mentioned elsewhere, there are lots of videos and...
Extra ventilation, right?
My lights (traction and brake) would come while I was driving for no reason. When I would restart the car the system would be fine. It happened about once a week. Of course it happened at the worst...
