I have to remove and play with my CF lip this spring to tweak fitment. Wish that lip was more readily available, nice you found someone to hook it up!

Complete compression tested motors on eBay range from 4k-8k or so depending on mileage. Add in a trans and they range from 7-10k. I have no idea if you can use the 6spd from the ZHP or not and what...

I’d love to do that but from my general understanding it costs anywhere from 8-10k parts and labor, I don’t have that kinda cash sitting around plus I’ve got my first kid on the way
He does race/screw around with a lot of BMWs plus there’s the whole Drew Leslie stores all his cars at the LZ compound thing so it doesn’t surprise me he approached the guy

The ITB setup wouldn’t be for horsepower gains so much as “cool factor” and the added noise, assumed increase in throttle response

Anybody have info on or know somebody that has retrofitted s54 throttle bodies to an M54 and then ran the S54 BMWP (or after market equal) intake? Is this even possible?

Didn’t get a chance to throw the 135s on for winter last year due to shoulder surgery but got a chance this year. Threw on the spacers/winter setup for storage and cleaned/put in storage the CHs
That mixed with a firmware update should, hopefully, get rid of that for you
