SO i should wait to get my trans mounts before I do the shifter rebuild. How did you support the transmission while you where on jack stands? Just use a jack of some sort?

OOOOOO let me know how it all goes. I just bought M3 trans mounts, and def need a guibo, so I was thinking of a very similar maintenance procedure for this weekend or the next.

Where you able to complete the task with the transmission in place? Or lowered? I am going to have to do this in a parking lot most likely.

Hmm, I'll post again soon. It was the complete rebuilt kit from Turner with around 10 or so new pieces. Wondering if I need the whole rebuild kit for ~$125 or if I can just buy a few key components. ...
