You know there a DIY for bringing that TPMS button to life....
Awesome! I knew you'd like it! :)
Yikes...I thought it was $50.. still $75 is worth it for that tedious work
I'm glad that guy worked out for you, Ryan. Let us know how you like it when you get it all in place.
Yep haha! ;)
I used a sheet metal screw into the white plastic to hold it in place. I ordered the new piece but never got around to putting it in
there a tab between the pedal and the floor. you have to push that tab down and slide the pedal assembly off of it, away from the transmission tunnel.
Be careful, I broke mine... it's the typical...
BTW, I'm probably not going to put mine in for another month or two so if you guys need any more pictures, let me know
All of the face plates are the same except where the blanks are. You could possibly mix and match although it would be pretty hard to cut a hole in the face plate for a switch and have to look right,...
Although the button themselves are physically interchangeable, there is some logic on the board so I don't think it will function.
In this pick of my M3 button assy you can see the connectors are...
Lol there's a thread for that too
Awesome! I'm glad it worked out in the end
2 wires to sprint booster.
Here's a close up of the original button...

Ok will do. I'll post Monday late morning. I have a macro lens for my phone so I should be able to get pretty close
I have my switch apart but never got around to de-soldering it... one of those spring projects I never got around to finishing... anyway, if you need me to test something on the original switch let...
I haven't looked at the pictures... I probably should, I don't want to give out the wrong info
No they should both be facing the same way
I haven't looked at the schematic for this mod in a long time... It's possible the LED is being back fed from the other LED and that's why it only lights up with the other one...?
if you have everything wired right, then the obvious would be something is bridged that shouldn't be, something isn't soldered correctly (open circuit, bad ground) or perhaps the polarity on the red...
Are you sure none of your solder joints are bridged? It doesn't take much...
Ahh I just noticed that you must have an early 325? You only have 5 buttons and they're bigger....
Hmm I wonder if that would work with the sport switch too...That would save a lot of tedious soldering and glueing
