It shouldn't matter that much. I got an alignment over the summer and then put on the winter tires. I would just tell them to align the car using the VIn and the 18in option/sport option and drive....

If priority is longevity than the oem M3 mounts are still rubber, the longevity trade off is usually the polyurethane ones, but than you get more NVA.

I can't say I noticed a major difference after replacing the reservoir and flushing the fluid but then again it was done at ~60k. I would venture to guess old fluid could affect steering the same...
