Still for sale. Make an offer before it goes in the dumpster
I did the work myself. I don't think dropping the subframe is hard; it balances really well on a jack. I hear you on the space constraints though. I did it in my 1 car and space was getting tight.
I'll say that I found significant subframe damage to my car when I bought it. It wasn't damage related to the four points where the subframe bushings mount to the chassis, although there was one...
Next step in ruining the ZHP, sunroof delete! I can’t wait to tear apart the rest of the interior after my next 2 track days.

Adding an undamaged sunroof sunshade cover. $200 for everything remaining
Took the ZHP to two track days and experienced why you don't buy used dampers. I shook it down at MSR Cresson and found out quickly the rear Konis were blown and I was hitting coil bind. Fixed that...
I can ship the springs!
I ended up reusing the stock rear shocks for my coilovers since my Konis were blown. The front struts are worn out and are free to anybody local. $100 + shipping for the...
These are stock springs and dampers from my E46 ZHP. I removed them to install coilovers. Dampers were not leaking nor blown when removed. $120 picked up in Waco, TX

Did you buy the right car if you don't look back at it when walking away? I'm pretty happy with the progress of this car so far. Coilovers figured out and brakes installed for my track day on 9/9

Cut the strut towers to allow for maximum camber

This is static camber up in the air. It’s close to 5 degrees!

However when down on the ground, the coil overs are slammed. It’s on...

No more complaining about lack of camber!

And the clutch video is up!
Next up, Ground Control coilovers. I'll probably be cutting the strut towers to get the camber plates to fit :devilish
Took me an hour to align and re-torque all the bolts. Use the jack to your advantage and tilt the base to get the input shaft to line up. Keep the transmission in gear so you can spin the output...

Been driving around the past few days with the ClutchMax stage 2 kit. I used an INA pilot and throw out bearing. The clutch pedal is more effort than OEM as expected, but certainly...

This is one of the longest videos I've edited, and it takes you up to everything before the transmission goes back in. I'm now on day 7 of waiting for my FCP parts to...
Yep its the nicer Pittsburgh model, but not the highest capacity one.
I'm currently editing my video for transmission removal. The new jack was great and it took me a few minutes to drop the trans...
97k is really low miles. Hello from Waco!

Yep, that's pretty worn.
I think the jack frame was bent by the casters as they had a lot of camber (lol) when assembled. This made it difficult to roll and turn unloaded, so I was afraid it'd tip over with a transmission on...
Worked on removing the transmission to do a clutch job today. Chickened out dropping the transmission with the cheapo HF 450lb transmission jack; going back to the store tomorrow to get their bigger...
Since the E36 is so similar, this is technically my second time doing this. Like I said, glutton for punishment :biggrin I edited the intake manifold and exhaust portion of the work now, so this...
Thanks! I'll definitely take some photos and video the process. In the meantime, I finally edited and narrated my subframe job.
