Btw that cost for repairs sounds high.
I just did the both of the rear shocks and they were $60 each.

It has been pretty great actually. I am into my second year of ownership with little repairs and basic upkeep.
I wanted a wagon for winter use but then lack of ground clearance is what made me go...

I have also considered a 2017 Gold R. Prices needs to come down though
Don't replace it.
Get a proper set of winter tires and swap them out.
Would let you get more miles out of the Michelin tires and be safer during the winter.
