Hey All,
My car is equipped with the OEM Alarm system and the Siren is very faint as compared to the siren on another e46 we own. Is there some sort of a volume adjustment or is this a sign that my siren is going on me?
Any input would be helpful, Thanks!

That or battery? Has it always been weak, or just recently?

I have the same issue. My car's battery is new but the siren's battery could be going. I might take it apart and see if it's replaceable when I have the time.

I do have a newer car battery, and the unit was taken from a 00 328i in which it was still faint sounding on that car.Originally Posted by Oli77
