I didn't have enough M1 0W-40 so we went with this. Next change is back to the usual M1 0W-40. This is some kind of high quality German oil, so I'm not worried.

2012.09.22 -- 140,203 -- Oil change, shop blend; upper and lower intake boots; upper coolant hose, coolant flush, resecured radiator and fan shroud; cleaned idle control valve; intake and cabin filters replaced. Check DISA valve - in good shape, needs nothing.
Found a whole BUNCH of shit that is going to make me broke for the next few months. The car needs new shocks/struts front and rear, strut/shock mounts, control arms and bushings, and a few other things that I'm too depressed to remember.

I'm sorry Bruce, unless I win the lottery, I will not be able to afford a trip like that anytime soon. It's unsafe for me to drive the car more than a month in the state it's in, so I'm saving as much mileage as I can so I can at least "make it by" until I have the $$ to fix my damn car.

So, the following has been done:
2012.12.11 -- 145,964 -- Replaced springs, shocks, struts, front and rear upper and lower spring pads, strut and shock mounts + gaskets, bump stops/dust sleeves, strut bearing seats, upper radiator hose, right front fender liner cover, control arms and bushings; rear shock mount reinforcement plates installed. Alignment.

What are strut bearing seats? FSM?
And....did they weld in shock mount reinforcement plates?
