    Thanks. Most (all) of the credit goes to BCS Bruce. That's his hand in motion on the saw and he did all of the grinding, etc.

    Got a day off tomorrow and thinking of finally tackling my install. I just realized when i ordered the hardware, i ordered 6 of the hex nuts labeled item "C". I don't have any of the hex nuts labeled "B". Can I still install it?

    Bringing this back from the dead - Shawn, do you recall why you decided to put the hood switch behind the drug bin? The official BMW procedures put it in front like below. Seems like with your method, we can avoid extending the 2 wires?
