    Ok I need some ebay help. I am having a hard time finding a cheap unit that is the right model, which I read as 82111470125, which has the backlit and is compatible with rolling codes. All the units with that part number on ebay are $125 bucks.

    Try going to a salvage yard. Usually you can find something

    E38, E39 and E53's use the same unit I think. Just search for homelink e46 or e38, and look at all the listings. A lot of people don't list part numbers. Paid $42 shipped two years ago (it was my first mod!)
