    Agree its not fuel filter etc......
    OK I give up, what is the ICV?

    ^ yep. I'd put some money on ICV as well. Bet you its dirty (doesn't move freely). Clean it with brake cleaner.

    Mine is fixed. Boot after airbox was ripped which is a huge vacuum leak. Redwagon, have you got your car fixed?
