    Latest Mod

Well I decided to jump on the carbon look bandwagon....

The front splitters were in need of some paint ... darn those curbs.. and I figured as long as I was doing the front.. may as well hit the back.

now for the interesting part. It's done in vinyl.. minimal cost and if I don't like it.. off it comes with no damage. It's the same 3M stuff as the clear bras so should hold up just fine. A guy I know that does boat painting also does custom car/motorcycle stuff and he's been on me to do this.

Woah! Those aren't splitters? Just a Carbon Fiber Vinyl! That looks awesome! I always thought the Clubsport splitters looked a little funky but that looks great! Very nice job!

Looks good. A buddy did the roof on his Z4 M Coupe with that stuff. Most people thought it was a real CF roof.

Well I seem to be on a roll here. Was at a work meeting down by Active Autowerks and I just had to stop in and see Viral to discuss what to do next. While not ready to pull the trigger on a supercharger---- I did buy this and have installled while I was there.

Hmm running out of inexpensive tweaks. Maybe I should stop for a while. My pocketbook thinks that's probably a good idea.

FWIW based on the drive home it does make some difference. Car felt more solid on ramps at speed and all in all seemed to make a little less body noise, which is probably a bigger issue on verts.

I had that strut brace. I sold it so that I could replace it with the BMW Performance strut brace. It seemed like a capable piece. I only swapped because I was looking to keep everything BMW on the car.

    Good acquisition, Jon.
