Well, good luck selling it! Hope you get your money back.
A few months after my intro
I was excited about purchasing this car with the awesome community that is zhpmafia. Unfortunately the intention of this car was to be our family sedan as we welcomed the first child into our home, then take on commuter duties once we acquired an SUV. One child became two, and suddenly the ZHP doesn't leave us a lot of room to spare so I'm back to the drawing board.
Silver cube interior trim. Interior material is leather, with alcantara accents on the steering wheel and shift boot. Tires have <10k miles, Maxxis MAV1. Lower cost tire, but I've been happy with them on a daily driver, and they seem to be wearing well.
Overall the car is very clean and sharp, but it does show it's age. It has a few rock chips on the hood, and a couple very minor door dings. Leather is in good condition. Unfortunately we do not have full records on this car, but what we do have does indicate oil changes have been completed timely, usually at BMW dealerships. Control arm bushings have also been replaced. Clear title in hand.

In the market for an E90 M3
Just as an endorsement, my car came with the same tires and they definitely are excellent budget, performance all seasons - silent, wears well - 20k and about 50% left, and I'm hard on them - grip is great.

Still got it. Slow market for ZHPs lately?
Did you post at other places? Car looks nice and is priced well, albeit lack of maintenance history.
GLWS!
Yea, I just sold my ZHP and I immediately had a lot of interest. I did have it up here for a short time and I only had it on Craigslist. The car sold in one week. I felt like the market for the ZHPs was very strong, at least here in New York. I had interest from locals, people in NJ, Conn and Mass.
Thanks guys! A RWD car is a bit harder of a sale in Utah, especially this time of year.
I've got it posted on the local craigslist equivalent and e46 mafia.
As a side note, I would be interested in working out a trade for a 325xiT+cash, depending on mileage and condition.
Well I've got your car but I'm afraid not in a position to make a move right now!
