    Why not? Just dismount each tire and put it on the other side. They will spin in the same direction. Just to clarify, I'm not saying just swap wheels between each side... swap the tires between each side.

    Negative camber is not the problem here. It is more likely the toe which is causing this type of wear on the tire.

    These Toyo tires are actually unidirectional so you can rotate them from the passenger side to the drivers side to eventually wear them the same way

    Yep, this is what I did with my Hankook RS3s....dismounted and swapped to the otherside

    2 years, 3 track days with around 30 or so Autocross days.

    You can see, there is no tread on the inside tires...and limited on the outside.

    Ah, so ur dismounting the tires and moving them over so the inside of the left tire would be become the outside of the right tire instead of a standard rotation?

    That is correct. This way you get more life out of the tire.
