    I believe the K-series cars are timing chain. The tensioners do go bad though, important to have those serviced if necessary.

    Yes. Chain FTW. And I agree on the v-Tech. My wife drives one too! Went from 2 Bimmers to 2 Acuras. Though this one is all Colin's as he paid for it and is insuring it...

    I had an RSX Type-S my freshman year of college. Those motors are a blast. I'm sure he will enjoy it!

    You're right, I stand corrected......I forgot that Acura had several timing chain engines back then.....

    The car is doing great I replaced all the parts in the front end no extra damages . Replaced headlights , hood , radiator support , radiator , fan , grills . I'm very happy with it glad I saved it , next I will be looking for a set of style 135 also replaced front seats , door cards , shark injectors and paint correction .
