    FS: 71 Bimmer $27.5k

    No... Maybe $15k

There are too many missing pieces and half assed mods for it to be worth that much. This is ti territory and that's just a regular 2002

I mostly agree with this, though this is pretty clean and cool. Let's see some pictures of the subframes, strut towers, etc...

I don't think I could take less than 20K for my "not a tii" today; I'd like to think mine is in similar condition. Though I am not trying to sell mine. 27K+ is ridiculous.

I agree - your car is worth $20k... but if that car is worth $27.5k then yours is worth $40k, mine maybe only $30k

I also said ti not tii, same car but still carb vs injection

These are my ti side draft Solex's that I will be installing once I have time to build the new engine:

I still need to find an Alpina A4 style manifold with a shared breather for the brake booster as 99% of those I see pull vacuum only from one/four cylinders. Like this:

Edit: Todd, yours and mine are also west coast non rusted cars while this one is in New York. I seriously doubt it clean underneath, but if so that might mean it's no longer original like ours are. Speakers sitting loose in the trunk, peeling paint code sticker, missing bumper trim, Rota's opposed to legit Minilite's. You can see in the trunk pic that the shock towers are slightly discolored, not a good sign...
