Hey guys I need an opinion on getting new headers. I have a chance to get Active Autowerke headers used for about $700. I want them for HP Gains and for a better sounding car. Will these headers with the stock exhaust sound good or would I need to get a full exhaust setup? And do you guys think the $700 is worth it for these headers?

Pending means it's happened once and hasn't been stored. A stored code means it's happened twice and will be stored and possibly give a warning light on the dash.

Headers alone will help the sound a bit. I think you probably need a full system to get something that sounds like it's not stock, though. That's my guess from reading stuff, haven't actually tried it.

I have the bimmerbrakes headers with the stock exhaust. It sounds good, but I plan to add the magnaflow system. I recommend checking out bimmerbrakes headers before you jump on the active autowerks headers. Same gains, less money IMO.

Thanks. Wanted to make sure the new fuel pump/float/guage is working. I put 14.75 in it today. The light was one but still said I had @50mi til empty.
