I wouldn't worry. Just keep going until the brake pad sensor comes on.

Right, I didn't think about the sensor until now. Thanks.

What’s the leather reconditioning product everyone recommends, is it leatherique?
2005 BMW 330i ZHP - BMWP brakes/intake/strut bar/shifter, Coby wraps interior, BBS CHs, Eagle Eye LED tails, LED fog lights, GC coilovers, Sprint Booster/sport button mod, 4.5 LCM w/ programming, Xtrons 9inch HU, BSW stg1, dynamat, M3 sedan dead pedal, oCarbon CF interior trim, CF seat backs, 2x2 CF MTECH2 diffuser, CF cabin filter cover
I hear that's best on the older BMWs, not the E46 leather.

I did leatherique on my new heated seats before they went it. The impact was negligible. From what I’ve read once the Montana leather gets hard, it’s a done deal. Nappa on the M3 is totally different as I’m sure you know- they stand to gain a lot more from using it. It does clean it up a bit tho.

Last I checked it was over $1200 for both top and bottom covers for a single seat. This was years ago; surely it's more expensive now.
Nevermind - I just checked for basic black Montana leather and it shows NLA. Not sure I looked up the right one this time.
