I'm with you on the gloss. I want to eliminate the silver cube trim and chrome badging and replace with solid gloss black to make the color palette a bit simpler. I considered doing the OEM high gloss set but its got a metallic flake in it. I has to be solid for me. Going to try to spray paint a spare set i have and see how it comes out.

I’m with William and Sreten on preferring OEM, but I also hate the upkeep of matte trim, and the inevitable fading. This is actually a debate I was having with myself when I was looking at sedans.

The matte maintenance is definitely something I worry about, and I’m also going to be painting my mirrors to gloss(bc for some reason they weren’t even painted TiAg). I just feel like the gloss would match the shine of the paint, and would look gorgeous when it’s all cleaned up

I've always wanted to paint mine gloss black but have been too cheap and lazy to bother.

    My vote is gloss though.

I got the brake pad sensor light (yellow with no exclamation). I think they're fine, but what is the warning for? Does it trigger at a certain thickness?
