I think a thread with all of the best performance/handling mods around for $500 and under would be a good thing for many people. Sorry if this has already been posted.

Shelton, I don't think anyone has started a thread like this. Best mods for under $500 is a good idea.

Active Autowerk's tune by far I paid under $200 at their open house
So far really impressed with AA strut bar as well. Bolt on no mods and the car is noticeably stiffer. Less than $300

That's what I thought as well, but I spent about 8 hours on eBay yesterday and found a few for under $300. Of course there's the cost of install as well if you decide not to DIY.
