Yeah, I assumed that when I saw the offsets but the wheels are so gorgeous I wanted to try to make them work... probably more than I want to get into on this car.

For those that couldn't guess what they are from the specs I posted, Styling 21 M-System II (throwing stars)

If your car is stock ride height...you may be ok. I would test fit them. It looks like you have access to them, no? Like Crickett posted....about 1" of poke.

They're at Carl's, so I have access to them. I just need to have a Saturday off and him there so I can test it out when a lift is empty. If I ran 8" in the rear it might work better, but I don't have enough of those size

You would want at least 8.5's I think with 17's.

    Little help from the mafia!

So I picked up a set of style 68's tonight with 225 45 17 snows on them.. all good right? well maybe.

Apparently there are M3 Specific style 68's with unique offsets. the four I have are all part # 229480 which makes them a square set of 17 x 7.5 ET25 wheels.

I was wondering if anyone has tried to get these under the stock sheetmetal, or if they clearly won't fit LMK!

According to "willtheyfit.com" Fronts will be 15mm further into the fender lip, and the rears around 12mm. maybe running some 205 width rally style snowtires would work?

    Thanks!

They will fit with a roll. Adding some camber to them will definitely add some clearance.

19 is the largest diameter I'd go. Then you need to figure your width and offset.

How did you like 19s, Eli? I'm considering a set of style 211.
