    www.LAWheel.com (in Los Angeles) sells these with exchange on Ebay and direct. They even said they can do black chrome but they never got back to me on a price.

    I wonder how much it would cost to have the chrome stripped? I can get pretty good pricing on powdercoating. Anyone have a guess?
