    Projector Issues!!

I installed a Helio angel eye kit and a pair of Khoalty 6k HID bulbs on Saturday. My issue is, I drove it for the first time tonight and my projector beam is screwed up big time. I have a U shape projection and not a clean cut off line. I checked to make sure the bulbs were seated and they seem to be. I have the metal connector that connects to the HID bulb and there is a metal clip that holds the bulb in place. Does anyone have some pics of how the bulb should be seated, where the metal clip is supposed to lie along the bulb, whether the bulb wire that connects to the top of the bulb is supposed to be facing up or down, really anything that will help me figure this out! Thanks for any help!

Excuse the hole in the motorcycle cover thanks to the kids

This is the ignitor the bulb is plugged in to.

If they worked fine before, I'm going to assume the bulb is in there incorrectly. There are alignment pins that will tell you when it's in there correctly.

If this helps, this is the replacement kit that I had installed in place of the burnt ZKWs.

Bulb isn't seated properly. Bulb wire goes on the bottom.

I thought D2S bulbs were keyed so you could only put them in one way... Interesting....I have never seen this type of light pattern before...

That must be it. I have the wire on the top. Weird, because it looks like it's seated all the way flat. I guess I'll turn them around later this evening after work and report back.

What Justin said, and make sure the bulb is in the housing at the correct depth. If it isn't in deep enough it can cause weird patterns like this.
